B Y - L A W N U M B E R 377-2004
A BY-LAW TO DESIGNATE ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICERS
Passed the 22nd day of November, 2004.
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 244-2004, being a By-law to Designate Animal Control
Officers, to remove mention of By-law 128-2004 and replace it with By-law 245-2004;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Windsor enacts as follows:
1. That reference to By-law 128-2004 in By-law 244-2004 be substituted with By-law 245-2004.
2. This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the day of the final passing thereof.
