B Y - L A W N U M B E R 244-2004

WHEREAS By-law Number 128-2004, being a By-law for the Registration and Licensing of Dogs and for the Control of Dogs Generally Within the City of Windsor was passed on the 10^{th day of May, 2004.}

WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to repeal By-law 9481, being a By-law to Designate Animal Control Officers since it is outdated and substitute a new by-law to designate Animal Control Officers in order to implement the provisions of said By-law Number 128-2004.

THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Windsor enacts as follows:

1. That the persons whose names are set out in Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this by-law are appointed Animal Control Officers for The Corporation of the City of Windsor.

2. That By-law 9481 being a By-law to Designate Animal Control Officers be repealed.

3. This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the day of the final passing thereof.
