Dog bylaw delayed
London city council
has accepted a recommendation from its environment and
transportation committee to delay a dangerous dog bylaw until the
provincial
government settles on its own legislation. But staff will continue to
develop other changes including a review
of dog licensing fees that could be
tiered to reflect the breed of a dog, if it has been to obedience school, or
has
been spayed or neutered.
